Service Description
People in this class will experience Reformer, Ladder Barre, Chairs, and Mat depending on class size and participants level. Class is limited to up to 3 people so you can experience safer and more effective during your pregnancy.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY ABL Pilates has 24 hour cancellation policy for all classes offered. 5.1 All scheduled classes may be cancelled by the Client with 24 hours’ notice to the studio. 5.2 If cancellation notice is not received within 24 hours prior to a scheduled class, the Client agrees to redeem a class credit. 5.3 The studio has the right to cancel classes, change class times, or substitute instructors. If the studio cancels a class, you'll receive a full class credit.
