Garbriela Mungi
Since 2005, I’ve pursued my passion for movement and wellness, starting with a Pilates Instructor Certificate and studying Musical Theater at the National University of Arts (UNA). I expanded my dance skills through Salsa Teams in 2006 and earned a Certificate of Excellence at Broadway Dance Center in 2008.
Furthering my expertise, I attended the Argentine Pilates Symposium in 2011, focusing on biomechanics and pregnancy-specific practices, and earned a Flexibility certificate and the Authentic Pilates Argentina Certificate in 2022. For 12 years, I’ve run my own Pilates studio in Argentina, offering personalized instruction, while also teaching at dance schools to inspire others.

Kimberly Ramirez
Kim has been teaching Pilates for over four years, and her passion for the practice continues to grow every day. She was drawn to Pilates because of its remarkable ability to strengthen the body and support injury recovery. What she loves most is helping people discover how Pilates can positively impact their daily lives—both physically and mentally.
For Kim, it’s not about how fast someone moves, but about the intention and control behind each movement. She is dedicated to guiding, educating, and empowering her clients to connect with their bodies and build lasting strength from the inside out.

Deborah Troung

Comprehensively trained through Balanced Body, Deborah brings both precision and empathy to her teaching. As a recent new mom, she experienced firsthand how transformative Pilates can be during pregnancy and recovery, inspiring her strong emphasis on pre- and postnatal Pilates to help women feel supported and confident in every stage of motherhood.
